ATMS Group of Institutions is a private college established in the year 2013. The institute is located at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. It is run under the aegis of Parmarth Education Trust Pvt Ltd. ATMS Group of Institutions has affiliation from AKTU, CCSU and BTEUP. Furthemore, it is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and All India Conucil for Technical Education (AICTE). • To establish, operate, and support educational institutions such as universities, libraries, reading rooms, schools, colleges, and law firms of a similar nature in India for the use of the staff, students, and for the growth and advancement of knowledge dissemination among the general public.
• To inform and raise awareness among the general public utilising a variety of media tools, including movies, images, advertising, etc., as well as any additional media that may be uncovered.
• To create, manage, and administer studentships, scholarships, and other forms of financial assistance to students, including the provision of books, stipends, awards, and other incentives to study, without making any distinctions based on caste, colour, race, creed, or sex.
• Develop, create, sustain, and support institutions dedicated to the advancement of science, literature, handicrafts, crafts, music, theatre, and the arts.
• To create and expand facilities for people who are physically disadvantaged, mentally challenged, or both, and to offer them aid in the form of education, food, clothes, or other necessities.
• To take over the management of other educational institutions in the fields of engineering, technical, management, medical science, and other professional vocational education.
• To open, found, establish, promote, setup, operate, manage, help, fund, support, and/or aid or assistance in the setting up and/or maintaining boarding homes, libraries, reading rooms, vocational institutions, hospitals, and medical and educational research centres. To build, administer, and maintain boarding homes, boarding schools, and other residential facilities for those attending or affiliated with the Trust's institutions.
• In order to assist them in pursuing their studies in Engineering, Technical, Management, Medical, and other professional education as well as for research or education work in India or abroad, as may be determined by the Trustee, to pay, out of Trust funds, such sum as may be commensurate with its income, by way of scholarships, stipends, prizes, rewards allowances.
• To open, establish, acquire, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support, and/or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running community centres, auditoriums, sports complexes, stadiums, playgrounds, and/or part and other social welfare works and/or activities for the general public.
• To plan seminars, symposia, and similar events for stimulating the mind, disseminating the ideas of contemporary philosophers, social workers, scientists, and economists, as well as for debate and critical evaluation of issues of public interest.
• To print brochures, journals, wallpapers, and other materials to enhance technological management, medical education, and other professional fields.
• To accept any contributions, gifts, or other transfers of any movable or immovable property or other assets to the trust that would help carry out any of the trust's objectives or promote any of its objectives.
• Taking on, sponsoring, establishing, and/or carrying out any trusts, societies, organisations, foundations, endowments, and/or funds that could encourage any or all of the trust's objectives.
• To subscribe, contribute, and/or donate to any institution or public fund set up to promote philanthropic purposes on the terms that the Trustees deem appropriate.
• To use the trust's money to support the progress of any other worthwhile cause for the greater good.
• It is agreed that the Trust will engage in any further charity and social welfare activities that the Board of Trustees may from time to time decide to pursue.

Computer Centre : With Dell servers, online UPSs, a campus that is always connected to the internet, and video security, ATMS offers first-rate computer facilities. The institution is preparing a partnership with organisations like TCS to offer training in its cutting-edge computer laboratories. Students in various engineering and business majors who need computer courses can use the lab. Along with access to technical qualification programmes given by foreign schools, colleges also offer optional extra courses in CAD/CAM design, programming, and other topics.
